little bits of love
These are things I have made for those in my life I love. When I make these items I think of the person - they are brought into the piece through my hands as I work with the clay :)

A beautiful tagine made for Dad's 80th Birthday :)

Six espresso cups and saucers - commissioned for a wedding present.
A collaboration project with my dad - honey pots for which Dad will turn lids and honey swizzles on his wood lathe. My sister will hand wittle little bees for the lids and they will be filled with honey from my Dad's backyard hives :)

Eight esspresso mugs commissioned by my friends Tony and Jane Walker - mixed clay terracotta and white earthernware.

A mug commissioned by one of my wonderful brothers in law. This mug was also a lot of firsts for me - my first commission, my first time doing handles, my first time attempting sgraffito with two colours of underglaze and first time doing a bottle brush

Easter 'keep' eggs for my four beautiful grandchildren - I made my grandson Ethan a dragon egg - which he is keeping warm waiting for it to hatch - bless :)

Cups for my three granddaughters for Christmas - in their favourite colours - I was told they were way too small for having a decent Milo in though. :)
